As part of CODEL’s service, all our products come with a 12 month return to base warranty to ensure cover in the event of an unexpected event.
We encourage all our customers to hold stock of consumables that require replacing yearly or after the normal lifespan has expired.
This helps to ensure an instrument continues to perform at its optimal level. It also reduces the risk of unnecessary wear and tear on an instrument that has not been properly maintained and minimises downtime.
CODEL’s instruments are designed and manufactured to the highest quality and perform to the highest standards. However, we understand that there are times when a spare part might be required. If this happens the replacement part is usually required urgently in order to avoid production shutdown. This could result in significant financial loss.
Our aim is to always provide our customers with the highest quality instruments and services. This is just one of our initiatives in place to ensure your site continues to operate cost effectively and problem free.
CODEL will work swiftly to arrange delivery of a part to you as soon as possible if this occurs. Whilst we do hold a wide range of spare parts, availability is dependent on stock levels at any given time. For this reason, we recommend that all our customers hold spares of core parts that would likely result in downtime if a replacement part was required.
